Sports Betting

1.1 Results
Results of sporting events will be as per the podium position or adjudication of the official governing body unless otherwise stated. Any subsequent change to that result will be irrelevant for betting purposes.
1.2 Drawn Events
In the case two or more participants achieve the exact same winning result and therefore achieve a winning draw, the odds applied shall be equal to the odds accepted divided by the number of participants drawing (e.g. accepted odds 2.70 and three drawing participants leads to the applied odds: 2.70/3 = 0.90) unless otherwise specified (in this case the company reserves the right to cancel all bets).
1.3 Head to Head
In head-to-head betting the following rules apply unless stated otherwise: -If one or more contestants fail to start, all bets are considered void and stakes will be refunded (odds=1.00). -At least one contestant must finish the contest or the bet is considered void and stakes refunded (odds=1.00). -If all contestants are disqualified or otherwise excluded, the odds is set to 1.00. -If the contestants achieve the exact same result, the Drawn Events rule applies.
1.4 General settlement and cancellation rules
• If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to delay the settlement until official confirmation.
• If markets were offered when the outcome was already known, we reserve the right to void any betting.
• In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting.
• In case of the coverage has to be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to void them.
• In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime.
• In the case of the general implied rules of a sport being violated, we reserve the right to void any market (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match etc.).
• In the case of the rules or format of a match differing from our implied information, we reserve the right to void any market.
• In case of a match is not finished or played at all regularly (e.g. disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws etc.), all undecided markets are considered void.
2.1 Match results
All football bets will be settled on 90 minutes play (injury and stoppage time allowed)or in the way specified by the participants and the organizing authority (eg Friendly Games, Youth Games, etc.). Overtime and penalty shootouts do not count unless otherwise stated. (OT included, market “to qualify” etc)
2.2 Antepost bets.
The team awarded the tournament shall be the winner, regardless of how it wins it (e.g. play-offs, extra time, golden goal, flick of a coin, etc.). If a team fails to qualify, is withdrawn or disqualified, all bets will be losing bets, unless otherwise stated. All bets are all in and there is no refund on non-starters unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Suspended, Abandoned or Postponed Matches.
If a football match is suspended after it has started, and is not resumed within 48 hours, the result is deemed void (void - odds = 1).If the match is resumed in 48 hours, bets shall be settled on the full time result. If a match is postponed for any reason, bets will deemed void (void = odds = 1) unless played within 48 hours of the original kick-off. In all cases not provided neither can be provided, the Company reserves the right to determine the decision to be taken from time to time, making it known by its own means of communication.
2.4 Matches not played as listed:
In the event of a change of venue not published or made known to us at the time fixtures are posted, or if a team has a different opponent than that shown on our website, the company reserves the right to void all bets.
2.5 Abandoned matches:
If a match starts but is later abandoned or postponed and is not completed (i.e 90 minutes of play according to the match officials, plus any stoppage time) all bets will be void except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined (e.g. fist goal scorer, time of first goal, half time result etc.). If the abandoned match is re-arranged within 48 hours all bets will stand.
2.6. Goal scorer markets:
(a) First and last goal scorer:Own goals do not count. For first/last goal scorer purposes, players taking no part in the match will be void. For last goal scorer bets, any player taking part in the match will be deemed a runner irrespective of whether they were on the pitch at the time the last goal is scored. Every effort is made to quote all players for a team, however, if the first/last goal is scored by a player not quoted on the original list that player will still count as the winner. Customers have the right to request a price for a player not quoted on the original list.
(b) Anytime Goal scorer: Any player taking part in the match will be deemed a runner. Own goals do not count. Multiple bets involving anytime scorers in the match are accepted.
(c) Goal scorer disputes: In the event of a dispute over who scored a goal, settlement will be based on the result given by the Press Association (PA) immediately following the end of the match. Subsequent enquiries will not be considered for settlement purposes. If the PA do not produce statistics for a match played outside the UK , the result will be taken from the consensus of the national newspapers of the relevant country as printed the following day.
2.7. Related Contingencies in one match:
Where we offer various betting opportunities from the same match (e.g. correct score, first player to score etc.) these cannot be combined in accumulative bets where the outcome is related (except where special fixed prices are available for score casts) Where an accumulative bet of this type has been accepted in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the bet.
2.8 Voided matches in multiple bets
Bets which initially included the minimum number of choices, but included voided or abandoned matches, will still be counted and will be settled for the rest of choices in the bet. 2.9 Settlement and cancellation rules
• If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting. • If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting.
• If odds were offered with an incorrect match time, we reserve the right to void betting.
• If a wrong score is entered, all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.
• If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial kick-off date betting will be void.
• If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting. 2.10 Booking markets
• Yellow card counts as 1 card and red or yellow-red card as 2. The 2nd yellow for one player which leads to a yellow red card is not considered. As a consequence one player cannot cause more than 3 cards.
• Settlement will be made according to all available evidence of cards shown during the regular 90 minutes play.
• Cards shown after the match are not considered.
• Cards for non-players (already substituted players, managers, players on bench which are not substituted in) are not considered.
2.11 Booking points markets
• Yellow card counts as 10 points and red or yellow red cards as 25. The 2nd yellow for one player which leads to a yellow red card is not considered. As a consequence one player cannot cause more than 35 booking points.
• Settlement will be made according to all available evidence for cards shown during the regular 90 minutes play.
• Cards shown after the match are not considered.
• Cards for non-players (already substituted players, managers, players on bench which are not substituted in) are not considered.
2.12 Corner markets
• Corners awarded but not taken are not considered.
3.1 The result of a basketball game is established at the end of the game. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is not included.
3.2 If a game is suspended or postponed and is not resumed and completed within 48 hours, all bets on that game are deemed void. 3.4 The Over-Under result is given by the total number of points scored by the two teams. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is not included.
3.5 Settlement and cancellation rules
• If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial kick-off date betting will be void.
• If odds were offered with an incorrect match time, we reserve the right to void betting.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.
4.1 Ante Post bets on tennis players that do not start the tournament or for any reason abandon the tournament are settled as losing bets.
4.2 In case of a retirement and walk over of any player all undecided bets are considered void.
4.3 If a match is delayed, suspended or postponed (due to rain, darkness…) all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.
4.4 Correct Score For correct score bets to stand, the match must be played to the finish. If one of the players withdraws before that time, we reserve the right to void betting.
4.5 Total number of games Finished bets on “total number of games” are considered lost regardless if the match later is abandoned . 4.6 Settlement and cancellation rules

• If a match is decided by a Match tie-break then it will be considered to be the 3rd set
• Every tie-break or Match tie-break counts as 1 game

In case that in a tennis game, there is no third set played but a game in which the winner is whoever reaches first to 7 or 10 points or in other cases takes two point advantage from his opponent, this counts as one game for total markets.
5.1 All markets (except period, overtime and penalty shootout markets) are considered for regular time only unless it is mentioned in the market. If a match is interrupted and continued within 48h after initial kick-off all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets are considered void.
5.2 Settlement and cancellation rules

6.1 In the case of a match not being finished all undecided markets are considered void. Golden set is not considered in any of the markets.

8.1 In case of any delay (rain, darkness…) all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues. Markets do not consider overtime unless otherwise stated.

• In case of abandoned or postponed matches all markets are considered void unless the match continues within 48h after initial kick-off or in case of NFL in the same NFL weekly schedule (Thursday - Wednesday local stadium time).
The result of a Rugby match is deemed to be established at the end of the prescribed time. If a match is cancelled or interrupted and continued within 48h after initial kick-off all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets are considered void.

10.1 Possible extra innings are not considered in any market except for “Who scores the Xth point” and “Which team will win race to X points” or otherwise stated. The names of the markets do not reflect the actual terms used in baseball. • All markets will be cleared according the final result after 9 innings (8 ½ innings if home team is leading at this point)

11.1 All markets do not take into consideration the super over, unless otherwise noted
11.2 Penalty runs are ignored in all over or delivery markets (for multiple overs do not take into consideration this rule).
11.3 Twenty 20: all scheduled overs must be played for undecided markets to be settled unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion
11.4 Settlement and cancellation rules If a match is cancelled before any play has taken place, then all markets are considered void unless the match is replayed within 48 hours of its initial starting time
• If the match is tied and the official competition rules do not determine a winner; or if the competition rules determine the winner by a coin toss or drawing of lots, then all undecided markets are considered void
• In the event of an over not being completed, all undecided markets on this specific over are considered void unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion e.g. declaration, team all out, etc.
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has an impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.
12.1 All markets (except halftime, first half, Who scores the Xth point and Which team will win race to X points) are considered for regular time only.

13.1 All match markets will be settled on regulation time, unless stated otherwise.
13.2 Regulation time must be completed for bets to stand unless otherwise stated. In the event of a match starting but not being completed then bets will be void.

If a match is interrupted and continued within 48h after initial kick-off date, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets are considered void.

17.1 Outright bets All outright bets are settled on the player winning the trophy. Play-offs will determine the winner of a golf event if necessary. If the event is shortened, for instance due to adverse weather, bets will be settled on the official result regardless of the number of rounds played.
17.2 If a golfer start the round and he has to retire we add the strokes score of 99. If he doesn’t start the round we cancel the 2-ball or 3-ball.
Results will be decided by the judges official decision, which will include points, TKO, KO or disqualification.

If a race or qualifier is interrupted or postponed and not resumed and completed within 48 hours, we reserve the right to void all bets.
Formula One Racing
All race bets are settled on the official classification from the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the sports governing body, at the time of the podium presentation. Podium Position The result for settlement is at the time of the podium presentation. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets. If a driver withdraws before the start of the official qualifying session, all bets on that driver are considered void and the odds is set to 1.00. If the driver starts the qualifying but fails to start in the actual race, all bets on the qualifying session will be settled as normal and all bets on the race with the involved driver will be cancelled. If the race is red flagged and the original start voided, events taking place before a possible re-start are ignored. Drivers who fail to re-start are considered to have withdrawn from the competition. In all other events, bets are settled according to the official results.
The following rules are used for head-to-head betting:
-If all drivers finish the race, the winner is the driver with the best official finishing position at the time of the price ceremony.
-If one driver fails to finish the race but the other do, bets on the non-finisher(s) are considered lost.
-If both drivers in the bet are non-finishers, the driver who completed the most laps is considered winner.
-If both drivers abandon the race after completing the same number of laps, head to head bets are deemed void and the odds is set to 1.00.
In case of a tie in the final classification odds are not divided by the number of participants, but the winner is the driver with the most first places in the champion. If drivers have the same number of first places winner is the driver who has the most second places and so on.
NASCAR
The Official NASCAR winner of the race shall be the winner of the race for wagering purposes; this includes all races which are halted prematurely for any reason. Any drivers who do not qualify for the race will be deemed no action.
Rally
All race bets are settled on the official classification as defined by the official race organizers and will not be affected by any subsequent enquiries.
MOTORBIKES
Any drivers who do not qualify for the race will be deemed no action. The podium positions will be used to determine the winner for betting purposes. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets.
Outright and Individual Stage betting Results will be settled according to the official competition rules and results. In the event of a disqualification, the podium presentation will count as the ‘weigh-in’ for settling purposes.
The official election result is used for all bet types and rounded to one (1) decimal if necessary. In case two or more participants reach the exact same result as per above, the event is considered a tie regardless of the number of actual votes. For any matters not covered by these rules and by the contents of the Internet site, Bet8 reserves the right to decide on an individual basis on the basis of equity.
